The teachers are constantly repeating, talking, reading, and singing to the students throughout the day, even during the most basic of tasks. Language development is a strong focus for this toddler age group. The basic concepts of shapes and colors are introduced through hands-on learning activities and recognition in the environment.
Curriculum
Children are encouraged to explore, create, and problem solve with the guidance of their teachers. Child-led lessons and activities to teach the whole child are planned to build confidence and nurture skills necessary for the developmental window at this age.
Outdoor Learning
Our toddlers experience a playground designed specifically for them. Covered patios, turf surfacing, and age appropriate equipment encourages our students to run, climb, slide and develop their large motor skills in a stimulating, safe, and fun environment.
